Appraisers
Stuart Mortrude founded Diversified Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1991, and is one of the three principals and shareholders. Stuart has been an active appraiser since 1984, after graduating from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Real Estate.
Timothy Vergin joined the company in 1992 after serving 7 years as a commercial appraiser. Timothy received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Real Estate through St. Cloud State University.
Nicholas Ostman joined the firm in 1994 as a staff appraiser. Nicholas graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1992 and has been actice in appraisal since that time. After receiving his MAI designation, Nicholas became a principal and shareholder in the company in 2002.
Christopher Halden graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Economics, and Geography. Christopher has been an active appraiser since 1990, and joined Diversified Real Estate Services, Inc. in July 1999.
Ryan Bessler graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Real Estate. Ryan joined Diversified Real Estate Services, Inc. in November 1999.
Ryan Bauer graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance. Ryan joined the company in February 2002.
Timothy Klein is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate with an appraisal emphasis. He successfully completed an internship with Diversified Real Estate Services, Inc. in May of 2006, wherein at that time he joined the firm as an associate appraiser.
Jake Scheeler is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate with a finance and investments emphasis. He joined Diversified Real Estate Services, Inc. as an associate appraiser in February of 2007.
Damon Traxler is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate with an appraisal emphasis. He successfully completed an internship with Diversified Real Estate Services, Inc. in the summer of 2008 and joined the firm as an associate appraiser in July of 2009.
